Privacy policy
This policy covers reputascore.com and the emails Aquila Stars USA Ops, LLC d/b/a ReputaScore ("we") sends to med spa owners and managers.
What we collect
- Business information that is public: a med spa's name, city, website, Google rating, review count and the reviews Google shows. We use it to prepare review audits.
- Business contact details: the name, job title and work email of a med spa's owner or manager, from business data providers, so we can send them their audit.
- What you give us: details you enter when you request an audit or book a call, such as your name, email, phone number and business name.
- Website usage: our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address and pages visited) to run and protect the site. The booking calendar and forms are provided by GoHighLevel and may set their own cookies.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for or keep information about any patient. Audits list review themes and counts only; we never publish what a reviewer wrote. Do not send us patient information.
How we use it
- To prepare your audit and send it to you.
- To contact you about ReputaScore's services, and to answer you.
- To schedule and hold calls you book.
- To keep records of what we sent and when, including opt-outs.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us do the above (website hosting, email sending, our CRM and calendar). We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
- Every email we send has a way to opt out; we stop emailing you once you do.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us at team@reputascore.com. Your personal audit page can be removed on request.
