These terms cover your use of reputascore.com and the free review audits from Aquila Stars USA Ops, LLC d/b/a ReputaScore ("we").

Free audits

Audits are free and come with no obligation. They are prepared from Google's public listings on the date shown in each audit; Google's results change and can differ by device and location. Estimates, such as the number of reviews needed to reach a rating, are illustrations, not promises.

Paid services

The Review Sprint and any other paid service are provided under a separate written agreement, which sets the price, term and the The 4.5 Guarantee in full. If that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

Reviews

We ask patients of our clients for honest feedback in the way Google allows. We never buy, write or filter reviews, and we never offer anything in exchange for a review.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an audit. Don't try to access audit pages that weren't sent to you, or disrupt the site. Content on the site belongs to Aquila Stars USA Ops, LLC d/b/a ReputaScore.

Limits

The site and free audits are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a free audit.
